Frank Piper, 76, passed away on Dec. 12 after a long battle with Alzheimer&#39;s.  Frank Piper was the founder and long-time owner of Penn&#39;s Woods Game
Calls, and the inovator and inventor of many of the popular turkey calls used today.  Piper &#39;invented&#39; the diaphram turkey mouth calls.  Frank was one

			<description><![CDATA[ I went out to watch behind my mother&#39;s house (one the farm) this evening to see what deer were still coming into the apple trees behind the barn.  I took
my watch location in the barn (not a bad deer stand by the way) to watch the precession of winter deer to the trees. They cam running in early and some dug for
the frozen fruits while others stood up and kicked at the tree branches to knock a few off...  Interesting is the fact that two of the young bucks had already
shed (recently) one... ]]></description>
